A Silver Lining from Blacksburg?

Daniel Henninger, in his weekly "Wonderland" column in the WSJ, quotes Joe Lieberman from a Homeland Security Committee hearing this week:

  • "We want to respect the privacy of the individual, yet ultimately I think we have a greater responsibility to protect the safety of the community."

Some common sense from an ex-Democrat who was forced to be an Independent and should become a Republican, which is where he really fits!
