MSM BIAS REVISITED

A good illustration from Power Line of the subtlety of the MSM bias. It happens everyday in all of our major MSM news sources (excluding the Washington Times!).

I first learned of this technique three decades ago in a hit piece on a semiconductor industry CEO. The article said he had the maintenance employees of his company wash his car each week. Visions of highly paid and skilled facility workers with a bucket and sponge doing away with the road grime!

What he had them do was take his car to a local car wash one afternoon each week - a minor imposition and cost to the company which pays for itself in the CEO's availability.

What a difference a few words can make! Help yourself and be sensitive to this bias!!
